The Groundsman, Inc. has served the CSRA for over 40 years, with several team members having been with us for more than two decades. We are currently hiring highly motivated individuals with strong work ethics and positive attitudes. This is a full-time, year-round position—not seasonal—so long-term commitment is preferred. Pay ranges from $13 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience

• At least 18 years old

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Must pass a drug screen

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks

Job Description:
Duties include mowing, trimming, pruning, maintaining parking lots, and other property management tasks across multiple locations.

• Must report to work daily and on time
